Listing the Q-linea share is a logical next step for the Company, as it will not only support Q-linea\u2019s strategy for the next few years but also broaden the Company\u2019s ownership base, increase awareness of the Company and its operations and offer Q-linea access to the Swedish and international capital markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first day of trading in Q-linea\u2019s share is planned to be the 7th of December 2018, given that the disclosure requirement for Q-linea\u2019s share is met no later than the listing date.<\/p>\n<p>In case that Q-linea\u2019s Board of Directors finally decides on listing the company\u2019s share, trading in the share is expected to commence around 7th of December 2018. This means that trading will commence before shares are transferred to the acquirer\u2019s VP account or securities deposit and in some cases before settlement note is received. It further means that trading will commence before the completion of the Offer has been met.
