At the general meeting on June 28, 2024, \u00d6hrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, (Vaksalagatan 6, Box 179, 751 04 Uppsala) was appointed auditor for the period until the end of the annual general meeting in 2025. The auditor in charge is certified accountant Lars Kylberg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6hrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has been the Company\u2019s auditor also for the financial years 2017-2023 and up until the general meeting in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The auditor\u2019s reviews the Company\u2019s financial statements and accounts on behalf of the general meeting. This normally takes place at least twice per year, since at least one interim report, in addition to the annual report, should be reviewed by the auditor. The auditor\u2019s external audit of the Company\u2019s financial accounts as well as of the management of its board and its CEO, is conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>The general meeting resolves on remuneration of the auditor, based on the nomination committee\u2019s recommendation.
