Remuneration to the Board of Directors

The remuneration of the board members elected by the annual general meeting is decided by the annual general meeting.

At the annual general meeting on 27 May 2026, it was decided that the board fees would be paid in the amount of SEK 500,000 to the chairman, SEK 375,000 to the vice chairman and SEK 250,000 to each of the other members. The annual general meeting further decided that a fee of SEK 40,000 per year would be paid to the chairman of the remuneration committee and SEK 20,000 per year to each of the members of the board’s remuneration committee. The annual general meeting also decided that a fee of SEK 90,000 per year would be paid to the chairman of the audit committee and SEK 45,000 per year to each of the members of the board’s audit committee.
